These risk factors represent the biggest cost and largest threat to America’s society and potential. There has never been a more critical time to provide young people with new opportunities to help them develop the vital skills they need to lead happy, healthy, successful lives. We are seeking corporate partners to help fuel our growth, have a tangible impact on their communities, and increase exposure and goodwill for their brands.

How You Can Support

Community Programs
Our community programs embrace grassroots youth activation and development all the way through the Olympic and National Teams. Your support can help us bring our unique model to even more young people in the community, helping prepare them for life after school.

Teams & Tournaments
Support an individual rugby team or even full tournaments, which give students a chance to compete, showcasing their skills and the values they’ve mastered throughout the school year.

Enrichment
We help match our participants with enrichment opportunities that will help them thrive both on and off of the field, including: camps, cultural and educational exchange programs, internships and volunteer opportunities.

Capacity Building
Capacity building is the key to our future success and long-term impact. It enables us to provide professional development opportunities for staff, career development pathways, and improvements in our systems, data and operations, so that we can retain talent and continuously improve our impact.

Employee Engagement
In the spirit of community building, we always encourage employees to connect with our programs on a deeper level. This can include everything from volunteering at programming events, mentoring a young person, joining a committee, or participating in unique team and culture building activities.
